Here, Home, Hope follows Kelly Johnson's mid life crisis and quest to change her life. Kelly is a mother of two, a wife and appears to have a perfect life. On the inside she is struggling. After a trip to the dentist she decides her life has to change. In the processes of changing she re-establishes friendships, helps a teenager in need, creates her own business, and helps friends establish their own businesses.This book is funny and inspirational all at the same time!

Having never been through a midlife crisis I did not think I would enjoy this book. It turns out that the saying never judge a book by its cover is very, very true. This book was more enjoyable than I truly thought it would be. I laughed and cried through out the book. I often found myself routing for Kelly to get what she deserves. 

This book is truly empowering. It shows that if you are not happy make a change for the better.

Visions of Sugar Plums  is  an in between book within the Stephanie Plum Series. This is a holiday themed book. It begins a few days before Christmas. It begins by Stephanie discovering a strange man her kitchen named Diesel, a somewhat mystical creature. He along with Stephanie have to locate a man that skipped out on a bond. In the process Plum craziness occurs. This book was not typical of the Stephanie Plum novels.
