I am very honored that I was chosen to review Sophie Kinsella's new book, I've Got Your Number. Ms. Kinsella is the author of several fantastic books including the Shopaholic series, Undomestic Goddess and Can't Keep a Secret. Like her other books this one did not disappoint. Once I started reading I could not stop until I finished.
I've Got Your Number follows the life of Poppy, who is newly engaged and out for a girls night out looses her engagement ring when the fire alarm goes off. She stays behind in hopes of finding it, but the second she goes outside her cell phone gets stolen. As she is beginning to panic she finds a cell phone in a garbage can and begins using it as her own. As series of unpredicatble events happen as she tries to impress her soon to be in laws, while keeping the lost engagement ring a secret.
As with other books I have read and reviewed I do not want to give too much of the story away because I believe people should be surprised when they read it. I just want to add that as a reached the end of the book even though I was happy with the ending, I was disappointed that it was over. I could have read so much more!
I hope that everyone goes out and reads this book as soon as it is published!
